Oldenburg Regional Championships Bronze Medallist

Fair Deal made a brilliant entry into the sport. The charming stallion won the Moritzburg Riding Horse Championships with Linda Casper/GER from the Saxon State Stud (canter 9.0, trot, rideability and conformation 8.5, walk 8.0) and shortly afterwards took bronze at the Oldenburg Regional Championships for three-year-old stallions in Rastede. He passed his stallion performance test in Schlieckau with high scores for his paces (9.0 for trot and canter) and rideability (9.25 from the test rider) and was well-placed amongst a strong field of candidates with a final score of 8.52 for dressage. Fair Deal is a figurehead of the Oldenburg’s sport promotion program and bears the sport name suffix OLD as a sign.

We are eagerly awaiting Fair Deal’s first crop of foals.

His sire Franklin began his career as KWPN Champion Stallion, winner of his stallion performance test in the Netherlands and finalist at the World Championships for young dressage horses. Since then, he has been successful in international Small Tour competitions. For his hereditary performance, he was named elite stallion in Denmark in 2021. Amongst his numerous licensed stallions, the Reserve Champions Franklin’s Love PS, Kadans and Feinsten, the winner of the Ravn’s Trophy, Slangerupgaard’s Flottenheimer, and our stallions Straight Horse Finest Hour and Franzé, who were licensed in Denmark, stand out. His offspring who are successful in sport are led by Fendi/Sönke Rothenberger/GER, placed in St. Georges dressage competitions, Francis Drake OLD/Leonie Richter/GER, placed eighth at the World Championships for young dressage horses, Elektra di Fonte Abeti/Frederico Migue Mexia de Almeida/POR, Hanoverian Vice Champion, Franklin Hit/Michael Eilberg/GBR, British Vice Champion and Mambeau B/Antonio Verdejo Pérez/ESP, bronze medallist at the Championships for young dressage horses in Spain.

Fair Deal is Fairytale PS’ first foal. She is the full sister of our Ib main premium winner Fürst Toto and half sister of our stallion Donier.

From the very beginning, his dam’s sire Fürstenball made an impression on dressage horse breeding. Record-priced auction foal, Oldenburg licensing and main premium winner, German Champion, finalist at the World Championships for young dressage horses and victorious at advanced (S) level up to Prix St. Georges, he has produced over 90 licensed stallions, including our Champion Stallion Fürst Zonik. The five German Champions Fürsten-Look, Festina PS, Fior, Feingefühl and Feine Bella appear amongst his no less numerous championship winners. Fürsten-Look came third in the Burg Cup final with Isabel Freese/NOR. He has produced around 300 premium daughters, amongst whom the two Oldenburg Champion Mares Fiesta Danza OLD and Fünf Sterne as well as the Hanoverian Champion Mare Fine Lady particularly stand out. His now internationally successful offspring include Heiline’s Danciera/Carina Cassøe Krüth/DEN, who was placed fourth by team and seventh individually at the Olympic Games.

His great-grand-sire Totilas won double gold at the European Championships in Windsor/GBR in 2009 and triple gold at the World Equestrian Games in Lexington/USA in 2010. In 2010, he also won the World Cup final in ’s Hertogenbosch/NED. Several times he set new records in Grand Prix. He produced almost 30 licensed stallions, such as Total Hope OLD, Champion of his licensing, Swedish Champion, finalist at the World Championships for young dressage horses, Burg Cup winner and Louisdor Prize winner, Top Gear OLD, who was placed fourth in the Burg Cup, Glock’s Total U.S./Edward Gal/NED, who came sixth at the Olympic Games, Go Legend/Marlies van Baalen/NED, who was placed fifth with the Dutch team at the Olympic Games, Governor-STR/Adelinde Cornelissen/NED, double silver medallist at the World Championships, and Topas/Nicole Casper, Baden-Württemberg Champion and successful in Grand Prix.

His grand-dam Lasira produced a son by Foundation who was licensed in Mecklenburg in 2021. Her daughter Disney’s Dory (by Desperando) celebrated her first successes at advanced level in 2021 and her daughter Gallery (by Governor) was placed with Andrea Timpe in international dressage tests for six-year-olds and produced Sergeant PS (by Sir Donnerhall I), who was also licensed in Mecklenburg and became the top price of 114,000 Euros at the Schockemöhle PS Online Auction for young stallions.

In the previous generations appear the stallion lines of Lauries Crusador xx, Sandro Hit and Donnerhall.

His great-great-grand-dam Sunny-Girl produced the licensed stallion Lord Schufro OLD (by L’Espoir), Regional Reserve Champion and placed twice at the German Championships, and the premium stallion Fürsten Hit (by Fürstenball). Her daughter, Funny-Girl (by Fürst Romancier), produced the licensed stallion San Bordeaux (by San Amour I).

His fifth dam Fantastica produced the two licensed stallions Sunny-Boy (by Sandro Hit, advanced (S) level dressage) and Classico (by Classiker, sport name Capuccino, victorious at Grand Prix level with Karin Rehbein and Julia Katharina v. Platen, lifetime earnings above 120,000 Euros) and the Grand Prix dressage horse Cafe au Lait (by Classiker).
