Power and strength, endless scope with an excellent technique and bascule – these are the criteria that represent this exceptional athlete. In sport, Messenger is on the straight road to success: In 2014, he was Vice-Champion of seven-year-old German show jumping horses at the championships in Warendorf with Florian Meyer zu Hartum and the pair have already had their first international successes. In 2015 and 2016, he won, with different riders each time, the Redefin championships (international S*** level show-jumping). Already in 2012 and 2013, he was repeatedly victorious at show-jumping competitions of L and M level and after convincing rounds, highly placed in every German national championship finals. This exceptional horse had already more than demonstrated his talent in 2011 at his 30-day test when he received several marks of 10.0 for his outstanding scope at the jump. His first crop convince with a lot of elasticity and are achieving success in show-jumping competitions. In 2016, his first son was licensed in Redefin. Messenger originates from the direct dam line of top producer Stakkato and embodies very valuable and internationally proven genetics.

The sire Montender, ridden by Marco Kutscher was individual and team European Champion. At the Olympic Games in Athens he won the individual and team Bronze Medal. In 2003, he became German Champion and in 2005 Vice-Champion. He won more than 578.000 Euros and was sire of many progeny successful at advanced/S level, such as the double German national champion Monte Bellini, who is internationally successful with Philipp Weishaupt. The dam, Barbie Girl, is a daughter of Baloubet du Rouet, three times World Cup Winner and individual Olympic Gold Medalist 2004, who was ridden by Rodrigo Pessoa and in his time, one of the most successful sport stallions world-wide. His grand-dam Samsara is the full-sister to Eva Bitter’s German national champion Stakkato, who won over 242.000 euros in international show-jumping sport. Samsara also produced the licensed stallions Bolero de la Vie Z (by Berlin), who was sold as a foal at auction for 29.000 Euro, his full brother Figaro C, Casco de la Vie (by Cassini II) as well as the For Pleasure son, For Hero. From the Hanoverian line 820/Seeburg (by Seeräuber II-Manderow etc.) came 10 licensed stallions (among them Julier, foundation stallion of the former DDR) and international sport horses of all disciplines, among them Andante/Tina Lund (DEN), Woytyla/Marco Kutscher and Sir Lenox/Nicole Uphoff.
