Licensing winner, bronze at the Oldenburg State Championships, serial winner of dressage horses

Fohlenmacher

Tribe of Gesine

The foals of Viva Romance PS have that certain something and are absolute eye-catchers for the big dressage stage. From the first two crops, he produced various show winners and expensively paid auction foals.

Viva Romance PS adds another chapter to the grandiose success story of the maternal Gesina line. Following his licensing in Mecklenburg, which he left as a beaming winner, he completed his short test in Vechta with a top result of 8.93: trot 9.4, canter 8.7, walk 8.0, rideability 9.2, willingness to perform 9.5. At his 2024 sport test in Verden, he received the highest rideability score of all participants: 9.3. He converted his first starts in dressage horse tests in the L class into superior victories.

The sire Vivino was premium stallion of the Hanoverian licensing and, with a hammer price of 2.01 million euros, was the absolute stallion market leader in Verden. He then completed his stallion performance test in Denmark with an overall score of 8.8. He already has 16 licensed and many award-winning sons to his credit, including the bronze medallist of the Oldenburg State Championships, Van Vermeer. At the P.S.I. Auction, Vivino and his daughter Vivendy were the 1.26 million dressage leader.

The dam Gesina produced ten licensed stallions, including the Oldenburg licensing winner, main premium winner, Burg Cup finalist, VTV dressage stallion and Grand Prix successful For Romance I OLD and the premium stallion and internationally placed For Romance II (both by Fürst Romancier), the other licensing winner Feinrich (by Fürst Heinrich) and the Burg Cup fifth and Inter II winner Golden Romance Malleret PS (by Governor)/Manuel Dominguez Bernal/ESP. Gesina’s daughters also became stallion dams, especially the Oldenburg Champion Mare, German Champion, P.S.I. price record holder and Inter II successful Fasine OLD (by Fürst Romancier). In breeding, Fasine produced the licensed stallion Fasino (by Foundation), Valarina PS (by Vivaldi), who was successful in international junior competitions and previously bred by the licensed Fascination (by Fynch Hatton), and the mare A la Fasine (by Apache), who became the dam of the licensed full brothers HP Valentino (S-Dr.) and HP Vincello (both by Vitalis). The Gesina daughter Fürstin Gesine (by Fürst Heinrich) was also Oldenburg Champion Mare and became the dam of the licensed stallions Visino PS (by Vitalis) and Montrachtet PS (by Morricone I). The Gesina daughter Furtherance (by Fürst Romancier) produced the two licensed stallions Go For Romance PS (by Governor) and Viva Vitalis (by Vitalis)/Lukas Fischer, licensing winner and reigning German Champion for young dressage horses. The Gesina daughter Mount St. John Best of all (by Bordeaux), British Dressage Champion and placed up to the Small Tour, was the dam of the Vice National Champion and fifth at the German Championships Best of Mount St. John OLD (by Fürst Romancier) and the licensed stallion MSJ Q (by Quantensprung). . Her half-sister Fasinette (by Fürst Romancier) produced the licensed stallion Jovianson (by Jovian). From the Gesina daughter Fine Gesina (by Foundation) come our Lord Romance PS (by Lord Europe) and the premium stallion Volare by Va Bene. And finally, the Gesina daughter Vesina PS (by Vivaldi) produced our stallion performance test reserve champion Sebastino PS (by Secret) and Dreihundert PS (by Dante’s Junior), who was placed in M level for young dressage horses.

Through the dam’s sires Sir Donnerhall I and Don Schufro, interesting line breeds result for the sire of the century Donnerhall and the no less influential half-breed Sandro.

The granddam Gesine also produced the first Reserve Champion Vivaldi’s Schufro (by Vivaldi) and Amadeus de l’Aubois (by Der Designer), who was covered in France. From her daughter Sadira de Malleret (by Sir Donnerhall I) comes Helen Langehanenberg’s Zaeta de Malleret (by Zonik), who won the international Small Tour.

Numerous licensed stallions come from the Hanoverian line of Mosaik, including the influential Voltaire (by Furioso II)/Jos Lansink/BEL.
