Winning type with East Prussian charm

Everyone wanted him, as did the licensing commission: Sir Sansibar was the amazing stallion champion of the 52nd Trakehner Stallion Market in Neumünster in 2014. Blessed with all the noble attributes of the rich in tradition Trakehner breed, he embodies a high degree of sportiness that he translates in an exemplary manner under saddle. He perfectly demonstrated his very high quality pace potential, especially his walk that deserves a special mention, in the top group of the first 50-day tests in Schlieckau in 2016. In Ridden horse competitions, he was also often highly placed, for example he was vice-champion in 2016 of the national Trakehner competition in Hannover. His first crops convince with high nobility, first-class movement and were awarded in numerous breeding regions.

His father, Millenium, was second Reserve-Champion of the Main Trakehner licensing in 2010 in Neumünster as well as the most expensive licensed stallion of all the German stallion markets in 2010. During the Oldenburg Stallion Days in 2012, Millenium was awarded the Ic Main Premium. 25 sons from his first crops of foals were licensed in Germany, including three champion stallions and several premium stallions. His highly-awarded mother, Susuya, was the Regional Champion Mare in Schleswig-Holstein and counts among the best Trakehner horses. She produced with Sir Samoa, Sir Sansibar’s younger full-brother, another licensed stallion, who was among the top-prices at the 2015 Trakehner Stallion Market.

She is also the full-sister to the licensed stallion Serafin. When crossed with Cousteau, Susuya produced the State’s Premium Mare Sumatra. With Cadeau, Lehndorff’s and Konvoi, proven sires from the Hörstein Stud are directly related on the dam-side. Sir Sansibar descends from the widely ramified thoroughbred family 11, branch of Shannon Symphony xx (by Pry xx-Arctic Slave xx-Honeyway xx-Foxhunter xx etc.).
