Revolution was a Hanoverian premium stallion and stallion market price record holder, Danish Champion Stallion, HLP winner (seven times the maximum score of 10) and Danish Dressage Horse Champion (four times 10). In 2018, he won the World Championship crown for five-year-olds under Andreas Helgstrand/DEN with a score of 9.62. In 2019, he again received dream scores and won silver. He was unbeatable at the Danish Championships three years in a row, and Revolution made his debut as a seven-year-old in 2020 with a victory and over 77 percent at St. Georges level in the advanced class. However, he was unable to add to his collection of gold and silver medals at the World Championships for Young Dressage Horses in 2020 due to the cancellation of the championships due to coronavirus. Revolution won his Grand Prix debut in 2023 with almost 76% and has since been sold to Roberto Brasil/POR as an Olympic hopeful.
Revolution also made a great impression as a breeding stallion. 15 of his sons were licensed, including the Oldenburg and Danish premium stallion, second HLP Reserve Champion, Vice Federal and Hanoverian Champion as well as Danish Championship finalist Rockabye S and the other premium stallions Raven, Rom, Solution Unik and Midt-West Evolution. His premium daughters include the Danish Champion Mare, Dressage Horse Championess and Dressage Horse World Championship fourth-placed Valerie B and the Hanoverian winner of the Herwart von der Decken Show, Romy. Rosee de Fontaine took ninth place at the World Championships for Young Dressage Horses (5yo). Rapunzel OLD won silver at the Oldenburg Championships (3yo St./W.). At the Swedish Championships, gold went to Buskhagas Ramayana (5yo), silver to Rosebank VH (4yo) and bronze to Vastra Hoby’s Rosebank VH (3yo). Ribstone de Fontaine took silver in the Riemer Young Horse Cup.
His sire, Rocky Lee, himself by the Grand Prix-successful Rock Forever I NRW and descended from the thoroughbred Justinian xx on his dam’s side, was a premium stallion at his licensing, third in the Optimum at the Tournament of Champions on Münster’s Schlossplatz and fourth at the Bundeschampionat for four-year-old stallions. Under Stefanie Viehoff-Wolf, he advanced to Westphalian Champion, placed internationally up to Inter I and can boast successes up to Grand Prix level. Rocky Lee’s offspring are successful in the small tour, such as Lisa-Marie Klössinger’s Rockford Dreams, who has already placed internationally.
The dam’s sire, Rouletto, goes back to the Holsteiner top line 776 and completed his stallion performance test in Adelheidsdorf in 1989 with an index of 134.46 as the fourth best of the test round. Via Romino and Roman he carries proven performance blood with an accumulation of refiner blood via Ramzes AA, to whom he was bred, Manometer xx, Frivol xx and Cottage son xx. Rouletto’s dam’s sire is the dressage horse world champion Desperado/Nicole Plaster, the ninth place finisher at the German Youth Championships Royal Rubin/Annabel Frenzen and the internationally successful show jumping mare Miss Liberty/McLain Ward/USA.
Other top sport horses and auction horses come from the mare line.
