Sire De Niro, was one of the best jumping stallions at the Verden stallion market in 1995 and ranged among the top at the 1996 stallion performance test in Adelheidsdorf, where he received the highest rideability score and became overall second in performance class 1. He won dressage competitions at elementary and intermediate levels and qualified for the national dressage championships of 1998 and 1999. At the age of 7 he already won Prix St Georges, Intermediaire 1 & 11 as well as Grand Prix. In 2000 he was declared the best new generation Grand Prix dressage horse. His progeny dominate the foal markets in Medingen, Vechta and Verden. His sons are furthermore very popular at the approvals. Der Lord is his first licensed son. Der Lord’s dam-line contains the legendary Hanoverian G-blood and stands for exceptional success at both competition and mare shows. The main characteristics of the sire Der Lord, is his harmonious movement and clearly shaped riding horse conformation and temperament. He is a model dressage horse with supple rhythmical movement. He is a middle-framed sire, scoring excellent evaluations for his rideability and gaits. He is a successful combination of his sire’s and dam’s dressage genes as his dressage talent was highly obvious during his performance test. This guarantees a high rate of pre-potency in this respect.

At his performance test Der Lord scored 7 for character, 8 temperament, 8 for trainability, 9 conformation, 8 rideability, 7.84 for walk, 6.84 for trot, 7.84 for canter and 7.5 for cross country. Der Lord has two state premium mares and 13 auction horses.
