The heir of his great sire
Chatender embodies a jumping talent at its best. He combines enormous jumping ability with the best leg technique and bascule and great elasticity. The exceptionally harmoniously built Chatender unites all the positive qualities of his top-class ancestors. In this pedigree, a top sire can be found in every generation: The Mecklenburg sire Chacco-Blue achieved more than 30 victories in novice (A), elementary (L) and intermediate (M) level tests for young show jumpers in 2003 and 2004, before he placed himself among the best horses at the final of the Bundeschampionship. Furthermore, he was placed at the World Championships for young show jumpers in Lanaken (Belgium) and won with Alois Pollmann-Schweckhorst and Andreas Kreuzer at international Grand Prix’s like the Grand Prix of Neumünster in 2012, before he died far too early. Before that, he reached high placings in the international Grand Prix’s of Aachen, Calgary and Hamburg.
Chacco-Blue produced, to date, 25 licensed sons and as many advanced (S) level successful show jumpers. Present twice in his pedigree, the dam sire Contender is Holstein’s “silver plate”: His offspring include more than 127 licensed sons and 379 advanced (S) level successful sport horses, with winnings to date of 7.68 million Euros. Sandro, found in the third generation, was also an international winner of advanced (S) classes with Franke Sloothaak and became, through our station, a pacesetter for sport horse breeding worldwide. Chatender represents the Hanoverian mare line 710/Mirakel (by Monitor xx etc.). This line also produced the licensed stallions Cool Magic I and II, Grenadier (AUS), Landino and Santana Hit (State Stud Moritzburg) as well the internationally successful show jumper Boy 14/Karsten Huck.
