Viscerado’s career at the State Stud began as a foal. Discovered in the breeder’s house Hacke in Meinersen, he grew up on the large meadows of Hunnesrück. At the age of two and a half years already very tall, but still very youthful, the state stud decided for a gentle training and the later presentation for licensing at the age of 4 years. And this plan should prove to be correct.
As the “Hanoverian Show Jumping Champion of the Hearts”, Viscerado was on everyone’s lips for the first time in 2017. With an almost perfect gallop, lavish ability and an incredible sense of rhythm, he won the warm-up test for the Hanoverian Championships of 8-year-old jumping horses with his permanent rider stud supervisor Christopher Dittmann with 8.4. Also in the final, the pair delivered an almost perfect lap. Only a small time error made him vice champion.
But Viscerado did not let the next victory be taken away. With a weighted jumping final score of 9.19, he dominated his 50-day test in Neustadt/Dosse. 9.0 for his uphill and splendidly jumped gallop and his excellent manner were supplemented by a 9.5 for his work attitude, his rideability and his ability. “And for the overall impression: Simply perfect, 10.0!” the judges praised this true athlete at the end of his performance test.
From the beginning, Viscerado was able to convince on the show grounds and was serial winner in jumping horse competitions of classes A to M with top marks. Since 2019, the typical chestnut stallion has been in the stable of Eva Bitter and Marco Kutscher. Under the saddle of Christopher Kläsener, the two were able to win the qualification for the Bundeschampionat with 8.8. At the Bundeschampionat itself, he convinced in all rounds with impressive manner and boundless ability, so that in the end it was 4th place in the grand finale. The highlight of the year were the World Championships of Young Show Jumping in Lanaken. Due to his outstanding performances, Viscerado was nominated for the World Championship and showed his quality there with great zero laps. His loop account now adorns placements up to S** exams.
His performance is no coincidence. Viscerado’s mother, St.Pr.St. Raphael’s girl (Raphael/Eiger) already convinced in her own performance test by infinite ability and perfect manner. With 10.0, the judges rewarded their talent on the jump. Viscerado’s half-sister Hann.Pr.A. Quaids Bunti. In addition to a 9.0 for the assets, she can also score with gallop, rideability and manner and we are happy and grateful to have another half-brother of Stolzenberg in training.
This incredible heredity from the dam line combined with Viscount led to Viscerado – a stallion where you really don’t have to do without anything.
