Here is another super young stallion by Rotspon, a stallion who has made his name a sire of tremendous quality. Please see further information about Rotspon under his own section. Rubinstein 1, Rotspon’s sire, has more than 400 mares and about 60 sons approved, including performance test winners and riding horse championship winners. The approved sons Rubin StarN, Roayl Diamond, Regazzoni, Rubinstar and Rotspon were each respectively winners of their stallion performance tests. His progeny have frequently dominated activities at auctions.

On the dam side there is Lauries Crusader and Grande. Lauries Crusador xx has turned out to be one of the most important Thoroughbred stallions used in modern sporthorse breeding. Right from the start of his stud service as a leased stallion at the Celle state studfarm there was no doubt that he had it in him to found his own stallion line. Meanwhile 31 sons have been approved in Hanover, including Londonderry and Longchamp who deserve special mention. His progeny have strong dressage tendendies. He has 92 state premium mares. Grande, grandsire of dam Lena, was one of the most important stallions of Hanover in his time. He produced 3 of the most significant stallion sons, Graphit, Gralsritter and Glander. Grande produced a whole series of top quality competition horses. Gigolo, a Grande grandson, was a most successful dressage horse world-wide.

At his performance test Royal Blend achieved 9 for character, 8 for temperament, 9 for willingness to perform, 8 for conformation. For trot he gained 9, canter 9, walk 9, rideability 10. For jumping he scored 7.33 for free jumping, 8.33 for jumping manner under saddle, and 8.67 for jumping technique under saddle. He won the Burchard Muller Prize at the Indoor Riding Tournament of 2005 for best stallion of his age group. He has an engaged, well-angled hind leg, lots of freedom of the shoulder and fantastic work of the body. The pre-potency of this stallion is beyond compare with his first breed value index of 157 in 2009. He was immediately ranked among the top 1% of the best dressage stallions in Germany. Riders all over Germany are enthusiastic about his offspring that are starting to shine under saddle. He has 5 licensed sons, 59 state premium mares, and 72 auction horses.
