Rarely do sporting top performance and breeding format combine as ideally as in Caytens. His sire is none other than world sire Cornet Obolensky, about whom no more needs to be said. And nothing more needs to be said about the dam’s sire, Stakkato, either.
Cayten’s attitude and lightness paired with ability and a super technique are excellent prerequisites for top show jumping. The youngster, who grew up in Hunnesrück, already proved this in his 14-day test in Neustadt/Dosse, which he finished as the winner with top marks and has been the talk of the town ever since. He received a 10.0 for his jumping ability and overall he finished his test with a weighted jumping final score of 9.43.
This promising pedigree coincides with the successful mare line of the homebred, from which the licensed stallion Chaccato originates. He won the Grand Prix of Klein Roscharden under Guido Klatte Jun. and was highly placed in Verden, Rastede, Munich, Bordeaux (FRA), Balve, Mannheim, Nörten-Hardenberg, Oliva (ESP) and Obglabbeek (BEL), among others.
