Outstanding foal maker
Vivaldon, premium stallion and initially stationed at the Swedish National Stud in Flyinge, where he also passed his stallion performance test, is now continuing his career with us in Germany. Under Isabel Freese, he qualified effortlessly for the German Championships for six-year-old dressage horses with an 8.6. Further victories in medium level dressage tests for young horses go to the account of the type-beautiful stallion, who received a 9.0 for his trot and canter and an 8.5 for his walk.
Vivaldon impressed with terrific first crops of foals. His offspring impress with their athleticism, athleticism and modernity. Dynamics, back activity and uphill tendency leave nothing to be desired.
The sire Vivaldi himself goes back to the famous Dutch line of Utopia and leads the international Grand Prix stallions Krack C/Anky van Grunsven/NED and Jazz/Tineke Bartels/NED in direct succession. He was a stallion performance test reserve champion in the Netherlands and won the Pavo Cup for five-year-olds in 2007. In 2008 and 2009 he was ridden by Hans Peter Minderhoud/NED to victory in the KNHS/KWPN Stallion Series, where he received a 10 for his trot. He then successfully placed internationally up to St. Georges. In 2013, Vivaldi won the VHO Trophy at the KWPN licensing. From then on, breeding had priority, where he is now one of the world’s best dressage sires in the WBFSH ranking (currently eleventh place).
The mother El.St. In addition to Vivaldon, Loxandra also produced the licensed stallions Fürst and For Diamonds (both by Fürst Romancier). Her offspring were placed in dressage tests for young horses up to medium level according to their age.
The dam’s sire Diamond Hit is a half-brother of our Sandro Hit and competed in the international Grand Prix arena under Emma Hindle/GBR. More than 70 licensed sons and 170 premium mares are on the books. The squad of his successful offspring is led by Goerklintgaards Dublet/Kasey Perry-Glass, vice world champion and Olympic bronze medallist in the team of Americans, followed by Hawtins Delicato/Carl Hester/GBR, Doktor/Rebecca Waite/USA, Destiny/Micah Deligdish/ISR, Diamond Star/Sally Rizzuto/AUS, KK Dominant/Gareth Hughes/GBR, Disney Tyme/Evi Strasser/CAN, The Hague/Isabell Werth, Della Cavalleria OLD/Victoria Max-Theurer/AUT and many more.
The granddam St.Pr./El.St. Luandra also Loxandra’s full sister Loxana, Oldenburg Champion Mare and participant in the European Championships in Aachen in 2015 with Daniel Bachmann Andersen/DEN. Her half-brother Sir Cedric (by Samarant) won up to Inter I and her half-sister Lolita (by Landor S) competed in M** jumping competitions.
The third sire Argentinus was a first-class sport horse maker, which also catapulted him to the top of the world’s best show jumping sires at the beginning of the 2000s. His offspring include the World Cup winner Anka/Marcus Ehning, the World Cup runner-up Air Jordan Z/Daniel Deußer, the European Team Champion Asti Spumante/Thomas Mühlbauer, the Olympic tenth Arko III/Nick Skelton/GBR, the World Championship team fourth Adlantus As FRH/Lars Nieberg, Banda de Hus/Kevin Staut/FRA or Gregory Wathelet/BEL and Azarro/Holger Wulschner etc. The Argentinus offspring were also ahead in dressage, such as the European Championship team gold medallist Albano/Heike Kemmer, the two-time German champion Amaretto/Isabell Werth and August the Strong OLD/Victoria Max-Theurer/AUT.
In the pedigree, Larinero, Grannus and Ecuador xx follow.
Numerous stallions from the Oldenburg line such as Gala Z (by Grannus), Catch Boom Bang (by Cornet’s Prinz), Landius (by Frühling), Casino In (by Casino Royal), Wellington (by World Champion) or sport horses such as fischerSolution (by Carthino Z)/Michael Jung and Quigley (by Quidam’s Rubin)/Kyle King/USA.
