These include Heiline’s Danciera, Team World Champion, Olympic team fourth and individual seventh as well as European Championship team bronze medallist, the World Championship and European Championship participant Christianslund Fürstino/Trude Hestengen/NOR, the other European Championship horses First Love/Anastasja Vistalova/CZE and Fürstenhit/Maja Hermansson/SWE and Ingrid Klimke’s young Grand Prix horse First Class. The offspring of Fürstenball who have been successful in the championships also include the Para European Championships individual and team gold medallist Poesie/Heidemarie Dresing (Grade II) and the Para World Championships team bronze medallist Fürst Sinclair/Elke Philipp (Grade I) as well as the Junior European Championships team gold and individual bonze winner Feingefühl/Alix von Borries, the Children’s European Championship team gold and individual silver medallist Fürst Schwarzenberg MT/Lynn Sophie Soddemann, the Youth European Championships team gold and individual silver medallist and DJM gold winner Faro Shen/ Therese Billig and the U25 European Championship team gold medallist and Grand Prix winner Four Seasons FRH/Alexa Westendarp.
The Fürstenball daughter Fürstin Bea/Beata Stremler/POL won the Louisdor Prize Final for young Grand Prix horses in Frankfurt in 2023. Fürstenball himself was the top foal price in Vechta in 2006 with a hammer price of 110,000 euros, in 2008 Oldenburg licensing winner, in 2009 stallion performance test winner with a dressage index of 154.98 (16 traits were rated 9.0 and better, for rideability there was a 10), in 2010 Oldenburg main premium winner, in 2011 under Ines Westendarp German Champion with a total of 9.4 (for the walk the 10) and Oldenburg State Champion (5y.o.), In 2012 he was placed at the World Championships for young dressage horses (6y.o.), in 2013 he was winner in advanced (S) dressage up to St. Georges and VTV he was a dressage stallion, in 2015 he was number one in the FN breeding value estimation, in 2017 he was Danish elite stallion in Herning/DEN, in 2018 he was named “Stallion of the year” in Herning and in 2025 he was named elite stallion in Oldenburg. He is currently among the top 20 in the WBFSH ranking of the world’s best dressage sires.
His sire Fürst Heinrich, 2001 licensing winner, 2002 Oldenburg main premium winner and 2003 dressage horse world champion (5y.o.), produced over 50 licensed stallions. More than 20 of his offspring are successful in the Grand Prix class.
The dam Fürstenball’s half-brothers Harmony’s Desiderio (by Dimaggio)/Susan Pape/GBR and Winehouse (by Wynton) also received breeding approval and collected successes in the international Small Tour. The half-brother Bello Oriente (by Belissimo M) went international Grand Prix and Mount St. John VIP (by Vivaldi) goes in the international Small Tour. His half-brother Baroncello (by Bretton Woods) placed in St. Georges Special dressage in 2024 under Stefanie Viehoff-Wolf. The Fürstenball half-sister St.Pr./El.St. Ma Fleur (by Florestan) is the son of Vertigo (by Vivaldi)/Grete Ayache/FRA, who was successful in World Cup freestyles. The half-sister St.Pr./El.St. Merethe produced the licensed Hot Spot (by Hotline) and Zome Zin (by Zack), who was placed internationally up to Inter I.
Bred to the dressage hero Donnerhall, Fürstenball’s pedigree will be refreshed by Holstein and thoroughbred genes in the next generations.
From the original French dam line of Fürstenball come the Oldenburg licensing winner and Grand Prix winner Hit and the licensed stallions Hot Spot, Silver Black OLD, Daktylius OLD, Sir of Freedom and Fideel.
