Locksley is another fine stallion that is beautifully bred from a Londonderry Weltmeyer cross. Locksley was second reserve champion at the Hanoverian approval in autumn 2003. At his performance test in 2004 Locksley was given 8’s for character, temperament, willingness to perform and conformation. For trot he was given the magic score of 10, canter 9, walk 9, rideability 8. Free jumping he scored 7.17, 7.33 for jumping manner, 7.67 for jumping technique and 8.67 for rideability. Hence he confirmed the high expectations which were placed in him coming third in the stallion performance test and gaining well above-average scores in all parts of the index.
