Jack Jones
In 2015 Jack Jones was licensed by Studbook du Cheval de Selle Luxembourgeois. The extraordinarily beautiful and true to type black stallion, who just looks like his dam’s sire De Niro, is absolutely convincing in appearance, impresses with elastic, ground-covering movements and is distinguished by charisma, chic and charm – so he is gifted with all attributes needed for a promising career in the dressage arena. In 2015 he made his victorious debut in sport under Andreas Senge. Thereby he received scores of 8.0 and higher for all matters.
The sire Johnson brought the best dressage genes into the pedigree of Jack Jones. Under Hans-Peter Minderhoud/NED, the son of the great Jazz achieved team gold at the 2015′ EC in Aachen as well as individual bronze in the Grand Prix Special and ranked fifth in the Freestyle class. Furthermore, the pair placed second in the World Cup qualifier in ‘s Hertogenbosch/NED and in the Nations Cup in Rotterdam/NED. In 2014, they became team bronze medalist at the WC in Caen/FRA.
Johnson is also sire of the internationally successful stallions Bretton Woods/Matthias-Alexander Rath, Jack Sparrow/Edward Gal/NED, Butopiar/Christoph Koschel and Meggles Boston/Hendrik Lochthowe.
The dam Schila produced also the licensed stallions Quaterline (by Quattro B), who was awarded the Oldenburg I-b main premium in 2009, Bailarino (by Breitling W), who was bronze and silver medalist at the Oldenburg championship in 2012 and 2013 as well as placed at the 2013′ Bundeschampionat for young dressage horses and succeeded in medium (M) level tests for young dressage horses in 2014, as well as the Fidertanz-son Fermento who was licensed in Vechta in 2014.
The dam’s sire De Niro is the absolute number one in the WBFSH Ranking (World Breeding Federation for Sport Horses) of the world’s best dressage sires – and therewith, he is even placed in front of his sire, the line-founding Donnerhall.
When bred to the exceptional advanced (S) level successful show jumping and dressage sire Quattro B, the granddam, state premium and elite mare Schickeria, produced the stallion performance test winner Quando-Quando, who achieved many international victories under the saddle of the Australian Kristy Oatley, was the most successful Oldenburg horse at the 2006’ World Equestrian Games in Aachen and participated in the Olympic Games in Hong Kong in 2008. Furthermore, she is dam of the licensed Arbolito (by Aletto).
The great granddam, state premium mare Schirokko (by Matador), named Mistress in sport, succeeded in advanced (S) level show jumping with Heiner Engemann.
This Oldenburg dam line of Schimbine is also known for the stallions Dylano (by Dimaggio), Last Night (by Landadel), Rocher H (by Rohdiamant), Don Rubinland (by Donnerschwee) and Varus (by Vierzehnender xx), the top-performer Furioso/Udo Lange and MontCenis/Patty Stovel as well as the Oldenburg champion mare Fifty Fifty.
