Terms of sale:
Option One: Three inseminations of semen are purchased for the price of a service, and a maximum of 3 pregnancies is permitted. No pregnancy guarantee.
or
Option Two: Three inseminations of semen are provided for the price of a service, and one pregnancy is permitted, LFG. If mare fails to get in foal with the first three inseminations or loses a pregnancy or does not have a live foal, a further three inseminations will be supplied at US$550 plus transport costs.
Semen is to be used within 2 years of contract.
(If doing frozen embryos, a frozen embryo is deemed a pregnancy in the year it is frozen. No LFG.)
