Robespierre is a stallion with an outstanding interior, a wonderful rideability and three convincing basic gaits. Here is a tremendous dressage talent which was undoubtedly proven at his performance test. Please see under Rosentau for information about Robespierre’s sire, and grandsire Rubinstein 1 under Rotspon. His dam is by the famous Warkant by World Cup 1. World Cup 1 was the most important sire of Woermann who helped the Flugeladjutant bloodlines to a renaissance. Apart from Warkant, there is Weltmeyer and Walt Disney 1 and 11, Woodstock or Wogenspieler who now is shown successfully in dressage competitions. Warkant was a versatile producer, but his offspring showed that he definitely must be considered a dressage specialist. He produced Verden auction super sires in series. He produced Waikiki who brought DM43,000.00 in 1992 and in 1993 the colt William. Warkant belongs to the best producer of dressage horses to be registered with the Hanoverian studbook.
Robespierre is the first son of Rosentau standing at Celle. He gained 8’s for character and temperament at his performance test in 2002, 9’s for trot, canter, walk and rideability. He was given 7 for natural jumping ability and 7.17 for free jumping. Winner of the dressage section of his test. He has one licensed son, 1 state premium mare, 18 auction horses.
