Champion F.P. is a wiry athlete who consistently makes the most of what he has. His performance meets all the expectations arising from his pedigree, which is absolutely outstanding thanks to the ingenious combination of the bloodlines from show jumping legends Champion du Lys and For Pleasure.

Champion F.P. received one of the highest scores among the show jumping stallions at the Hanoverian licensing. In his 30-day test he scored seven perfect tens for jumping and won the final qualifier for the Bundeschampionat with 9.0, after numerous wins in novice horse show jumping classes for novice horses. He won his first 1.50 m class at the tender age of seven and he and his rider, Helena Torstensson, are now performing well at 1.5m level.

Champion F.P.’s first crop of foals have demonstrated outstanding jumping ability, technique and scope in their loose jumping test.

His sire, Champion du Lys, ridden by Ludger Beerbaum, is a guarantee of success and Hamburg Derby winner. The maternal grandsire, For Pleasure, is considered to be the most successful show jumping stallion in the world and has earned over EUR 1.8 million in prize money. This stallion’s performance pedigree is rounded off with the Hanoverian blood of Don Carlos.
