Quintador is a loose jumping perfectionist and an exceptional performer with a proven gene pool.
The higher the better! Quintador demonstrates the full scope of his abilities over jumps and his impressive leaps immediately caught the attention of judges and onlookers alike. This intelligent stallion’s practically unlimited scope, fast reactions and perfect bascule enable him to deliver an almost text book-like performance over jumps. In conjunction with his excellent pedigree, Quintador is an absolute “must” for any modern-day show jumping breeder.
Quintador is one of Quinta Real’s first crop of foals and he was champion stallion in Handorf in 2005. He was sired by Quite Easy, who combines the successful genes of prize winner producer Quidam de Revel with those of exceptional breeding stallion Capitol I in the direct dam line. Quite Easy was reserve champion at his stallion performance test in Flyinge and has competed successfully up to 1.50 m level. His offspring are now also competing in 1.50 m classes. Maternal grandsire, Landor S, was Bundeschampion of Six Year-Old Show Jumping Horses in 1997 and winner of many 1.50 m classes. He also produced offspring which are competing successfully at 1.50 m level and has 31 approved stallions as sons, including two OS champion stallions. Camiros, in the third generation of Quintador’s pedigree, is descended from the same line as champion stallion Diarado. Quintador’s dam is also a successful show jumper who qualified for the Bundeschampionat of Six Year-Old Show Jumping Horses in 2009. Laskaja is descended from the Holstein 6111 line, which has produced approved stallions Lord Snowdown, La Quitol and Long Beach as well as 1.50 m show jumpers La Bamba, Lagazoui and several others.
